
Kelly Sagastume
Regional Supervisor in the HS/PRS UC Program
Kelly Sagastume, MSW, (she/her) is the Regional Supervisor for the Home Study/Post Release Services Unaccompanied Children Program. Prior to this, Kelly was the Program Manager of Project PROTECT at Support Center for Child Advocates, where she managed a caseload of clients who are child victims of human trafficking with open cases in Philadelphia's family court. Kelly founded and led Philadelphia's Youth Anti-Trafficking Coalition and Youth Survivor Advisory Board. Kelly also previously worked as a Victim Advocate with the Salvation Army's New Day to Stop Trafficking Program, where she conducted screenings and intakes of newly identified victims at Special Victims Unit. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy & Practice where she received her Masters' of Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare and Child Well-Being. Kelly received her Bachelor’s in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University.
