Nationalities Service Center (“NSC”) does not warrant that use of any materials or content displayed on its Website will not infringe the rights of third parties.

SMS Text Messaging Service Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting-in to receive text messages from Nationalities Service Center (NSC), you agree to the following terms:

Consent & Opt-In:

  • You expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from NSC regarding our services, programs, and related information
  • Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
  • Message frequency may vary depending on available grant funding and program activities
  • You must be 18 years or older to consent to SMS messaging

Message Content: NSC will send you text messages containing:

  • Information about new assistance programs and services
  • English language course schedules and updates
  • Personalized case management communications
  • Other informational messages related to our comprehensive services for immigrants and refugees

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. NSC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

Opt-In Instructions: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages at any time by:

  • Texting the word 'Subscribe' to (267) 946-2159

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by: 

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message
  • Emailing us at info@nscphila.org
  • Calling us at (215) 893-8400 during business hours

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is available for all major U.S. mobile carriers. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact us.

Limitation of Liability: By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that NSC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery, or technical issues. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Service Availability: SMS services may be interrupted or unavailable during maintenance periods or due to technical issues beyond our control. NSC reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS services at any time.
