Kavya Weaver

Vocational ESL Instructor

Kavya serves as the Vocational ESL Instructor at NSC, providing in-person and online instruction to preliterate and low beginner speakers at both the Center City and Northeast locations. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in May of 2024 with degrees in International Studies and Spanish, and earned her TEFL Certification with the Máximo Nivel Program in Antigua, Guatemala.

Kavya is passionate about immigrant and refugee rights and is excited to continue working with NSC to make Philadelphia a more inclusive and welcoming city.
