Juliana Brenner

RUI Career Pathways Specialist

Juliana Brenner is the Career Pathways Specialist for NSC's Refugee Upskilling Initiative program. She works with clients and employers to establish on-site trainings and workshops, as well as vocational English classes to improve both job skills and English language skills with a goal of helping clients to advance their careers. She graduated from Denison University in 2021 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. Following her interpersonal interaction research position, Spanish tutor and career coaching experiences in New Haven, Juliana moved to Philadelphia and started volunteering with a college readiness workshop at NSC. As a volunteer, she supported immigrants and refugees as they navigated educational and professional opportunities for their desired career paths. This work sparked her growing interest to foster a meaningful experience for clients as they explore and pursue their career goals.
