Abdullah Jalal holds a degree in law and political science from Afghanistan Alberoni University. He arrived in the United States as a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holder in 2014. Over the years, Abdullah had the opportunity to work closely with the US military as an interpreter and administrator.

Abdullah's journey with NSC began as an interpreter, where he actively assisted refugees at the airport and provided support at various hotels. As time went on, Abdullah decided to apply for the position of temporary outreach and resettlement coordinator within NSC.
