Today at 5pm, Nationalities Service Center (NSC) and PICC will be hosting a webinar on DACA renewals. Earlier this month, a federal court prevented the Trump administration from ending DACA. While the appeal of that decision is pending, USCIS was ordered to continue processing DACA renewals.
Steven LarÃn, Senior Director of Legal Services & Immigration Policy at NSC, will be discussing the eligibility criteria for renewal and the application process.
Due to a federal court order, USCIS has resumed accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under DACA. This is an opportunity for those who were unable or ineligible to apply during the renewal process that ended on Oct. 5, 2017. If you have previously been a DACA beneficiary and would like to determine if you are eligible to renew now but cannot attend the webinar, please contact NSC.
