Public Benefits Program

NSC’s Public Benefits Program assists newcomer households in Philadelphia County with applying for and understanding how to maintain access to public benefits. The program serves immigrant households that have a child 0-8 years old and/or a pregnant household member. The Public Benefits Program can provide support with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, WIC, utilities assistance programs, and other public benefits. This program is funded by the William Penn Foundation.
