Layanara Gonzalez

Director of Finance and Accounting

Layanara comes to us from Community Behavioral Health (CBH), Inc, a $1.2 Billion agency that spun off as a non-profit from the Philadelphian Health Department several decades ago. Layanara spent nearly 14 years at CBH and held six increasingly challenging positions there, most recently as Director of Accounting, overseeing a $98.6 Million Dollar budget. Layanara brings a wide range of incredibly impressive skills, including advanced expertise in all aspects of financial management, payroll and benefits management, financial forecasting, budget development, audit readiness and oversight. She has been recognized for her strong work ethic, honesty and willingness to embrace complex problem solving.

Layanara earned a B.S. in Accounting from Chestnut Hill College and is currently on the Master of Accounting/ CPA track at Cabrini University.
