Agnieszka Grochowska

Agnieszka joined NSC as a Victims’ Services Staff Attorney with the Bridge to Wellness Project in 2018. She focuses her work on immigration options available for victims of crime and domestic violence including U Visas, VAWA petitions, and gender based asylum claims. Prior to joining NSC, Agnieszka handled a wide range of immigration matters through her work in private practice since 2012. Agnieszka’s passion for immigration law began when she served as a public interest fellow at NSC upon graduating from law school and she has been dedicated to the field ever since.
Agnieszka holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History and Politics with a concentration in Spanish from Drexel University. In 2011, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the Drexel University Kline School of Law. Agnieszka is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is fluent in Spanish and Polish.
