Nationalities Service Center (NSC) is seeking a visionary and dynamic Executive Director to lead one of Pennsylvania's most vital immigrant and refugee resettlement organizations. For over 100 years, NSC has provided essential support to migrant communities, offering legal services, health and wellness programs, education, and language access to empower clients in building stable, dignified futures. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in advancing NSC’s mission by driving organizational growth, fostering community partnerships, and advocating for systemic change. This leader will champion NSC’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion while guiding the agency through a period of strategic expansion and increased impact. The role requires a thoughtful, communicative, and inspiring leader to steward NSC into its next century of service, ensuring it remains a beacon of hope and opportunity for those seeking refuge and new beginnings.
