NSC awarded Cosmopolitan Club's First Ever Giving Circle Grant

On June 14, Nationalities Service Center was presented the Giving Circle Grant by the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia. This grant was awarded to an organization focused on either refugee services for families or young women transitioning out of foster care, which directly ties to the Cosmopolitan Club's mission of the welfare of women and children. NSC has fostered a partnership with Blank Rome and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law to provide legal services to clients seeking permanent residency status in the United States. With this grant, NSC and Blank Rome will be able to host an increased number of refugee adjustment of status clinics, and NSC will be able to supply additional case management support to ensure refugees can navigate the adjustment and naturalization process.

Thank you to the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia for their support of this critical work!
