New Year, New NSC Website!

Welcome to the new nscphila.org! We are thrilled that our brand-new website has launched. NSC has been around for more than a century; it’s time our website got a makeover.

While we hope you find the website beautiful, this redesign is about more than appearances. NSC has grown tremendously over the past few years, and we realized we needed a website that could keep up with us.

Accessibility for our clients was an important concern. The website had grown crowded and hard to navigate as we added services. It wasn’t easy to figure out who we are and what we do.

As we have grown, we realize we need the website — a “front door” as important as the one at 1216 Arch Street — to evolve, too.

Now, different audiences who navigate our website will have an easier time of it. Under “Find Services” we have divided up our work not by program area, but by who needs access to services. Under “What We Do” you can read all about our work. Opportunities to volunteer, apply to work here, or donate are clearly marked and easy to navigate on the new site.

We have also added language accessibility through Google translate.

Please check out our site and let us know what you think!

Sincerely,

Margaret O’Sullivan
