As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve in and around Philadelphia, we have been monitoring things carefully here at NSC. In the event of an expanded emergency requiring us to temporarily close our main offices, we want to assure you that we will be able to continue meeting translation and interpretation needs while working remotely.
The following measures will be in place to facilitate remote work:
• Requests should be submitted via email (intrequests@nscphila.org for interpreting, translation@nscphila.org for translation) or via the online form.
• Email is preferred for all direct communication with team members.
• Physical document work (printing, scanning, copying) will be limited.
Our intention is to keep NSC's interpretation and translation services fully functioning during any period of temporary closure of our main offices. We anticipate no major disruptions to the quality of experience we seek to provide.
