NSC's on-site food pantry helps provide immigrants and refugees in Philadelphia with the essentials they need to thrive in their new community!

Key Facts

  • NSC's Food Pantry serves about 80-120 families every week, and about 400 individuals every month.
  • 70,000-85,000 pounds of food are distributed through the pantry annually to clients facing food insecurity. 

Preferred Donations

  • Canned goods 🥫
    • Vegetables
    • Beans
  • Dried beans 🫘
  • Vegetable oil (pints or quarts)
  • Boxes of pasta 🍝
  • Boxes of shelf stable milk 🥛
  • Small juice boxes (100% juice, no sugar added) 🧃
  • Small jars or tins of spices
  • Boxes of tea (20 count) ☕
