World Refugee Day 2019
Did you know that more than 24,000 refugees have resettled in Philadelphia over the last ten years?
Help make refugees feel at home by donating towards this year's Philadelphia World Refugee Day: Neighborhoods Beyond Borders.
Philadelphia Regional Refugee Providers' Colaborative (PRRPC) will be hosting three celebrations across the city, introducing Philadelphia's refugees to their neighbors for a day of socializing, celebration, food, and fun. Activities will include food from local immigrants’ home countries; dancing to music provided by neighborhood musicians and bands; and games and fun activities for children.
Don't forget to join us at Tarken Ice Rink & Rec. Center, Kingsessing Recreation Center, or Mifflin Square Park (6th & Ritner) Thursday June 20 at 5pm!
