Paloma Collazo-Vargas joined NSC in 2020 as a Case Manager for Bridge to Wellness. Previously a Quaker Fellow, she worked as Case Manager in the Employment, Readiness, and Placement Program. Fresh out of Earlham College, Paloma graduated as a McNair Scholar with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a Latin American concentration. Paloma is the oldest and a first-gen from Mexican Immigrants in Watsonville, CA. Due to her upbringing, she has witnessed first-hand the way immigrants in the States are treated. This sparked a fire and made Paloma work into the non-profit world, previously working in Juntos and now in NSC.
