Hector L. Febo III, MPA Fiscal & Data Specialist Hector started at NSC in May 2021 as an intern on the Employment Team; they helped placed clients in steady employment and reach self-sufficiency. Hector then transferred into the Fiscal & Data Specialist role in August 2021. Hector focuses on grant compliance, financial tracking and reports, and maintaining data integrity for NSC. Hector was a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant in Bloomsburg, PA, prior to NSC, from October 2015 to October 2018. They took on a leadership role in Bloomsburg University by becoming the Historian on the Executive Committee for the Community Government Association, Inc. from February 2019 to May 2019 and being the LGBTQIA Representative from August 2017 – May 2019. Hector did a work-study program at Bloomsburg University as a Student Staff Assistant in the Center for Leadership and Engagement from August 2018 to May 2019. Due to Hector’s community involvement and leadership, they received the Bloomsburg University Service Key Award in May 2019. Transitioning to West Chester University, Hector was a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2020 – July 2021. They were a researcher in a 2021 publication studying public policy and social equity topics in Chester County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In April 2021, Hector received the Outstanding Student Award from West Chester University’s College of Business and Public Management for their research contributions and academic performance. Hector is currently a Doctor of Public Administration student at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
