Resettlement Case Aide

Dot is a Jesuit Volunteer assisting the Reception and Placement Program as a Case Aide. Along with helping with the initial resettlement process, Dot also assists clients in the Pathways for Permanency Program in applying for their green cards, as well as assisting in the Family Reunification Program.

Previously, Dot worked at Dwell Mobile, an organization that works to help integrate resettled refugees into the community in Mobile, Alabama. Dot served as the Program Assistant and as an ESL teacher in Dwell Mobile’s Foundation Class Program. Dot graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Gender Studies, and English.
