Carolyn Ziembo

Manager of Data and Quality

Carolyn is the Manager of Data and Quality at Nationalities Service Center. In her role, she oversees contract compliance and audit readiness, coordinates the on-site interpreter program, assists with financial operating procedures and client feedback, and implements quality assurance. She also ensures that data collection and reporting is focused on outcomes and program improvements to best serve clients and the agency.

Carolyn previously interned at NSC as a case manager with the employment team, with SEAMAAC in Health and Social Services, and with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of the Deputy Managing Director for Health and Human Services. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Carolyn provided administrative and operations support for an international technology non-profit organization. She has volunteered teaching English to adult immigrants in central Pennsylvania and Chicago.

Carolyn attained a Master of Social Work, with a Global Human Rights Certificate, from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors of Arts degrees in English and History from Loyola University Chicago.
