Caitlin is a case manager for the Matching Grant program, which helps individuals and families to attain economic self-sufficiency through employment. As a case manager, Caitlin works to connect clients with the tools, information, skills and resources needed to build a foundation for life in the United States.
Caitlin comes with experience working with refugees both domestically and internationally, having worked for a resettlement program in New Jersey as well as a refugee social service NGO in Durban, South Africa. Caitlin has also worked as a social worker with other Philadelphia non-profits providing drop-in and crisis support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and domestic violence in healthcare and shelter settings. She has also provided oversight to permanent supportive housing sites which housed individuals who were formerly homeless.
Caitlin holds a Bachelors of Social Work from Eastern University and a Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Management and Policy from Rutgers University.
