Caitlin Floyd

Academic Program Administrator

As Academic Program Administrator, Caitlin is responsible for the delivery of educational services within NSC’s education programming. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the College of William and Mary, and went on to obtain a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate from Georgetown University’s Center for Language Education and Development.

Before joining NSC in June of 2016, Caitlin worked as an English instructor and ESL coordinator in Washington, DC, and later as an English instructor and teacher trainer in Osaka, Japan. As the daughter of a naturalized American citizen, a former resident of several non-English-speaking countries, and a learner of several languages, Caitlin has a deep appreciation for the transformative power of language as a tool for succeeding and thriving in society, and is passionate about NSC’s mission to assist and empower immigrants and refugees.
