NSC's Refugee Gardens are Open for the Growing Season

NSC News
  • Refugees, volunteers, and community members join forces to prepare our refugee gardens for the new growing season.

Growing Home and Growing Together, NSC's refugee community gardens have official opened for the 2017 growing season!  Refugees, volunteers and community members came together in early April to prepare the garden beds with fresh soil and compost, clean up trash, and pull early season weeds.  We look forward to a great growing season and hope that you will join us.  For more information and photos on the garden opening event, visit the NSC refugee urban farming blog at http://nscfarming.wordpress.com.
