Yoga for Women

A weekly yoga class just for women! This will be a safe space for women to explore friendship, fun, exercise and spirituality. No experience with yoga is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing.

**All activities are open to all languages unless otherwise noted. Any clients involved in REAP will receive credit hours by participation in any wellness activity. All activities are free and offer participants 2 tokens for attending. If you have any ideas for a wellness activity, or would be interested in leading a group, please let your case manager know.
